Organization Overview

Our organization feature is built to boost collaboration and simplify team management within your workspace. With this functionality, you can easily invite new members to join your organization and control their access permissions. Additionally, data is displayed at the organization level, meaning any data added by a team member is instantly reflected across the organization, allowing others to view and access the same information

This is an optional feature designed for teams that want to collaborate seamlessly. If you have multiple team members working together, you can enable this feature to manage access, share resources, and work collectively within the same environment.


Team members

Invite

Follow the steps below to invite new team members to your organization

  1. Login to Byzanlink Dashboard

  2. Click on Admin in the left side menu and choose Teams

  3. Click on the Invite User button

  4. Enter the email address of the user to be invited

  5. Click on Invite button to send the invite to the user

Once invited, the user will receive an email with a link to join the organization. They will need to follow the link to set up their account and gain access to the dashboard.

Resend Invite

Follow the steps below to resend the invite to the user

  1. Click on Admin in the left side menu and choose Teams

  2. Use the Resend Invite button available under the Actions column against the respective user

  3. The user will receive a new email with a link to join the organization

Delete User

Follow the steps below to delete the user from the team

  1. Click on Admin in the left side menu and choose Teams

  2. Use the Delete button available under the Actions column to delete the respective user
