  2. Any web-based interface, application, or protocol access layer made available by Byzanlink that enables users to interact with non-custodial blockchain-based vaults, real-world asset (“RWA”) products, or related smart-contract systems (the “Interface” or “Platform”); and

  3. Any related products and services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Products”).

This Policy is to be read with the Terms of Use available at https://byzanlink.comarrow-up-right , https://markets.byzanlink.com/arrow-up-right. This Policy applies to all users accessing or using the Products and Platform, regardless of method, device, or jurisdiction. By accessing or using the Products or Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this, Policy.

This Policy applies only to information we collect on our Platform, through the Product, and in email, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Platform or the Product. This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

  • We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through our Interface.

  • We collect through any electronic messaging service besides through the Website or email (such as apps like Telegram, Discord, Instagram, etc.).

  • You provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection below).

Our Platform and these other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not access our Platform or use our Product.   1. Children Under the Age of 18: The Platform and product is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.   2. Information We Collect

    1. We collect information from and about users of our Platform and Product:

      1. Directly from you when you provide it to us.

      2. Automatically when you access the Platform or use the Interface.

    2. Marketing. We would like to send you information about Products and services that we think you may like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact

  1. Wallet, Protocol, and On-Chain Information. Because the Products are blockchain-based and non-custodial, we Process:

    • Public wallet address

    • Public keys associated with your wallet

    • On-chain transaction data (hashes, timestamps, gas usage, network data)

    • Token balances (e.g., USYB)

    • Deposits, mints, redemptions, and smart-contract interactions

    • Freeze or compliance status associated with your wallet under automated screening rules

    1. This information is inherently public and indexed by third-party blockchain explorers.

  2. Information You Provide to Us - When you use the Platform or Product, we may ask you provide information. This information includes:

    1. Information that you provide by filling in forms in the Interface. This includes information provided at the time of submitting any transactions through the Interface or solicitations of certain types of interactions with other users, and your MetaMask or similar Web3 software or service (including any information typically transmitted by such) (“Web3 Service”). We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Interface.

    2. Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers) if you contact us.

    3. Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.

    4. Details of transactions with the Protocol you carry out through the Interface.

    5. Available information on an underlying blockchain, including, without limitation, your public blockchain address (but excluding any private keys), account balances, crypto-asset holdings, blockchain transaction history, interaction history with smart contracts or “decentralised applications,” or any data included in a data field associated with your public blockchain address transactions (“Blockchain Identifiers”). For more information about blockchain information in general, see the subsection titled “Important Note About Public Blockchains” below.

  3. Cookies Tracking Technology: We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies (“Cookies”) to enhance the functionality, security, and performance of our Platform and Product. These Cookies assist us in authenticating users, safeguarding account access, preventing fraud and illicit activity, and ensuring the integrity of transactions involving our stable coins and related digital-asset services. Cookies also help us understand how users interact with the Platform, enabling us to analyse usage patterns, improve features, and deliver a more tailored experience. Where required under applicable data protection laws, we obtain your consent before placing non-essential Cookies on your device. You may manage or disable Cookies through your browser settings; however, certain Cookies are essential to the operation of our Platform and disabling them may impact your ability to access or use some features or services.

  1. Changes to this Privacy Policy: We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Policy and posting it on our Platform or other appropriate means. Any modifications to this Policy will be effective upon our posting the modified version (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your use of the Platform after the effective date of any modified Privacy Policy indicates your acknowledging that the modified Privacy Policy applies to your interactions with the Platform and our business.

  2. Dispute Resolution

    1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by “All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The seat of arbitration proceedings shall be the Road Town, British Virgin Islands, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

    2. You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

  3. Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
